CASS is now offering a FREE Temporary Visa Casework Service at Burwood Library, providing information, support, and casework assistance tailored to your situation.
Our qualified caseworkers can assist you with:
- Understand migrant welfare and settlement-related information
Seek support for gambling-related issues - Navigate family and relationship concerns
Legal issues; Fair Trading issues - Housing and Centrelink enquiries
- Complaints and appeals
Services are available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay, so you can comfortably discuss your needs in your preferred language.

Thursday: 1:30pm – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:30am – 12:30pm
