About CASS

CASS is the brand name of a group of registered charities providing a comprehensive range of social and welfare services to the communities, covering a wide geographical area including the Metropolitan Sydney, Wollongong and Melbourne. We serve people in the general community, including those of East Asian backgrounds. Every week, more than 8,500 families access our services activities.

CASS Marks 45 Years of Community Service

CASS celebrated its 45th anniversary at the Canterbury League Club on 8 March 2026. More than 220 guests attended the milestone event. The Hon Chris Minns MP, Premier of NSW attended as the guest-of-honour, who praised CASS as a trusted and leading provider of community services, highlighting its essential role in supporting multicultural communities and responding to their evolving needs.

CASS won the Multicultural Health Medal

CASS Multicultural Seniors Activity Groups was awarded the Multicultural Health Medal at the Premier’s Harmony Dinner 2026.
Established in 1993, CASS Multicultural Seniors Activity Groups support seniors to age actively and with dignity. Today, 55 activity groups operate across Greater Sydney and Wollongong, engaging more than 3,800 seniors from Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, and other communities.
