陶建文律師 Clifford To

陶建文律師,國際公證人,前悉尼市政府高級律師。除律師業務外,亦兼任新南威爾斯州建造業審裁員和澳洲SBS電台“知法守法”節目的講者。陶律師為悉尼大學法學碩士,英國牛津大學理學碩士,英國特許仲裁司學會會員(MCIArb) , 新加坡仲裁司學會會員(MSIArb)和英國信託及遺產從業員協會註冊會員(TEP)。

Clifford is a solicitor and a notary public. He has substantive experience in legal practice and was a Senior Solicitor with the Sydney City Council. Clifford has spoken regularly on the “Law and You” program on SBS Cantonese Radio since 2015. He is also a construction adjudicator on the RICS DRS panel (NSW). Clifford holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Science degree from the University of Oxford, UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb); the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (MSIArb); and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
